Efficient and economic in vitro antibody production
Whether you need a large amount of antibody for a special project, or in-house demand exceeds your capacity, AbD Serotec is here to help. We offer a wide range of cell culture techniques to provide you with the most cost effective option for your project. You provide your hybridoma* and we’ll produce your antibody for you. This saves you time and lab resources.

Purification
Our proprietary purification processes are designed to maximize the yield, purity, and immunoreactivity of your antibodies. We offer protein G, protein A and ion exchange chromatography purification processes. The method selected is based on the antibody provided and/or customer requirements.
Quality Control
We test and validate all antibodies according to our ISO 9001-accredited design and production quality assurance system. Antibody purity is assessed by SDS-PAGE, HPLC, or IEF. Our comprehensive testing facility includes ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and Western blot.
Hybridoma Storage
Following in vitro antibody production, we are able to offer hybridoma storage in liquid nitrogen at our purpose-built facilities. We can prepare a certified master cell bank for you. This reduces your risk of cell line loss and provides you with the security of another certified master cell bank.
Azide-Free Antibodies
Ideal for functional studies, we now offer antibodies in an azide free format. If required we can measure the endotoxin level in your antibody preparation (< 10 EU/ml).
Freeze Drying
This process lyophilizes your antibody, which can prolong the shelf-life and improve the temperature stability of antibodies, especially those conjugated with RPE and APC. We are happy to advise you on the suitability of freeze drying for your particular project.

We treat all data and material that you provide us as completely confidential, right down to your name and affiliation. A signed Confidential Disclosure Agreement is available on request.

AbD Serotec must receive satisfactory certification that your hybridoma cells are free from mycoplasma, and reserves the right to commission independent testing at its discretion before receiving culture.
